Even though during the game Dust or the player doesn't hear his name it is in the credit's stating shopkeeper Mordecai as there are only 3 characters that sell items (others being Haley and Sereth). Mordecai is usually excited to please customers in order to have them comeback and buy from his shop to make a profit. Mordecai creates a fidget doll during the quests stated above by asking Dust to bring some materials to make the doll and mould fidget's shape to get accurate form. Mordecai shares materials with Sereth and Haley in order to restock and sell items that help Dust create augments, armour, pendants, and rings.
