Haley is the daughter of a former blacksmith who now travels the lands looking for different materials. She runs the forge at the top of Archer's Pass and provides Dust with armour, aguments as well as different materials.
It is also hinted by Fidget that she has a crush on Dust which is also backed up by her giving Dust a blue resonance gem and the location of a transmitter which allows Dust to buy and sell from Haley from his inventory.
Haley also tells Dust to still visit despite having the transmitter.
Personality
Haley is an assertive female character, she has a distaste for fighting which is hinted by stopping Dust and Matti from fighting and her ease with having Blombs in her attic since they keep away monsters.
She has a cheerful attitude towards most things but is obvlious to bad intent, this is proven when Haley doesn't know if Matti dislikes Dust despite Matti grumbling constantly.

Matti is Haley's sibling, he runs the Archer's Pass Forge with Haley. Matti dislikes Dust to the point where he will not speak, opting to grumbling or growl in his presence.
Because of Matti's refusal to speak no matter what conversation is used, the player will not learn much about him.
If the player makes Dust talk to Matti a few times, Dust will start having a rather amusing "Conversation" with Matti and will also receive the Bug Matti achievement.
